New Delhi, July 9 -- Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Dhiraj Seth on Thursday visited forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch, Rajouri, and Sunderbani sectors of Jammu and Kashmir and reviewed the prevailing security situation and operational preparedness of the formations deployed in the region.
During his visit, General Seth was briefed on the evolving security environment along the LoC, operational deployments, surveillance architecture, field innovations, and the integrated operational readiness of the formations under the White Knight Corps.
