Shillong, June 9 -- The Meghalaya High Court today heard the arguments of both against and in defence of Sonam Raghuvanshi, prime accused in the murder of her husband Raja Raghuvanshi, and listed the matter for Tuesday.

The single bench of Justice Wanlura Diengdoh heard the argument of S. Thapa, the legal counsel for Sonam, who has concluded his argument, challenging the criminal petition filed by the State government seeking revocation of the bail granted to Sonam by a lower court.

Thapa is set to submit written arguments on Tuesday, following which the High Court is likely to take a decision on the conditional bail granted to Sonam.

The Court also heard the reply of Advocate General Amit Kumar for the State petitioner.
