Mumbai, April 22 -- The Jamiatul Ulema-e-Hind which represents those who were acquitted in the Malegaon bomb blast case in 2016, plans to appeal against the accused who were cleared by the Bombay High Court on Wednesday.
"I was among those implicated in the Malegaon bomb blast case which took place in 2006. I was in jail for 5 years. After that, we were released on bail. In 2016, the court acquitted us, and the four other accused who were arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the case. They too were released by the court today. We did not carry out the bomb blast.
