Vijayawada, June 21 -- The mega event on the occasion of the International Yoga Day, organized across Andhra Pradesh on Sunday, has found a place in the London Book of World Records, official sources claimed here.
Dr. Ullaji Eleazar, Joint Secretary (South Region) of the World Book of Records, London, presented the certificate for this international record to Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.
More than 1.07 crore people participated in the Yogandhra 2026 event, exceeding the target of 1.05 crore set by the state government. The event has found a place in the London World Book of Records for the highest number of people participating in the Yoga event, the sources said.
