Vijayawada, April 1 -- Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh said on Wednesday that he will meet union Minister for Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in New Delhi on Thursday to submit nine detailed reports on projects worth Rs 915 crore to upgrade infrastructure.

He would also request for approval of pending key tourism and cultural projects.

As a result of his efforts in the past, AP has already been allocated Rs 430 crores by the Centre in the form of eight tourism projects under schemes like Shaski, PRASAD, Swadeshi Darshan and CBDD. Durgesh will brief the union Minister on the progress of these works and request him to expedite the process of releasing funds.
