Vijayawada, July 10 -- Andhra Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation and AP Star hotels association on Friday appealed to the government to restore the GST Input Tax Credit to the hospitality sector and reduce GST on commercial LPG cylinders from 18 percent 5 percent.
The representatives of APCCIF and AP Star hotels association met AP Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh here and submitted a representation seeking his support to fulfill their demands. They appealed to the Minister to take the issue of reducing GST on commercial LPG cylinders to the Central government. They said that the hoteliers are incurring huge losses, compared to those who are using piped natural gas.
