Mumbai, July 13 -- : Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan has successfully undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder at a Mumbai hospital. Doctors on Monday have confirmed that his condition is stable and that he is recovering well after the procedure.
A health bulletin issued by the Jana Sena Party stated that Pawan Kalyan was diagnosed with a severe rotator cuff injury in his right shoulder. Medical assessments showed major tears in the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendons, along with an avulsion fracture involving the greater tuberosity bone.
