Vijayawada, March 18 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday launched the free bus travel scheme for differently able people titled 'DivyangShakti'. Building on the success of the free bus travel initiative for women, the government has now extended the benefit to persons with disabilitiesas well.
Notably, the scheme has been implemented swiftly following its announcement by the Finance Minister in the State Budget this year,underlining the government's commitment to inclusive governance.
