Vijayawada, July 6 -- A delegation of the YSRCP Doctors Wing on Monday submitted a representation to the Administrative Officer of the Government General Hospital (GGH) here, alleging illegal diversion of life-saving medicines and demanding action against those responsible.
The action follows the mainstream media reports of a corrupt nexus systematically siphoning off high-value critical care supplies, including albumin injections, meant for needy patients. Dr. Yadav said that reports indicate fraudulent practices where medicines were falsely shown as administered to deceased patients to conceal inventory thefts.
