Narsapuram, Sept. 1 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has reiterated that the government is giving priority to the welfare of people, development and good governance.
The Chief Minister participated in the distribution of NTR Bharosa social security pensions at Mogalthur village of NarsapuramAssembly constituency on Tuesday.
Addressing a public meeting on the occasion, the Chief Minister highlighted that the government had disbursed Rs.73,507 crore as social security pensions to the eligible beneficiaries while Rs 1.50 lakh crore had been spent on welfare programmes during the past two years.
