Eluru, June 2 -- Two women were charred alive when their hut caught fire in Velerupadu village of the district on Tuesday.
Police said that flames erupted in a house and spread to other houses swiftly. The deceased women were asleep and could not come out of the house. The flames engulfed the house, resulting in the two women being charred alive.
