Vizianagaram, July 28 -- Three persons were killed and 9 were injured when a lorry rammed a stationary van at Chelluru village of Vizianagaram mandal in the wee hours on Tuesday.
Police said that 16 people of three families were going to Rayagad to take part in a religious programme. When the van halted at the village, a speeding lorry rammed it from the rear end killing Chintapalli Rambabu (50), Majji Narayana Rai (50) and B Mohan Naidu (8).
