Kakinada, May 24 -- Thalatam Naga Satyanarayana (Satya) assumed office as the Chairman of the Kakinada Urban Development Authority (KAUDA) amid much fanfare at a function held at Kalakshetra in waterworks area here today.
Minister for Labour Vasamsetti Subhash and Tourism Minister Kandula Durgesh attended as the chief guests and administered oath of office to Satya as the chairman.
Minister Subhash said that the coalition government, headed by Chandrababu Naidu, was giving equal priority for development and welfare as well. He said the government was fulfilling all the assurances one by one and providing the governance of transparency.
