Vijayawada, July 12 -- Seven private tourist buses were gutted in a major fire that broke out at a mechanic shed at autonagar area here today.
No one was injured in the fire accident, police said.
Fire department officials said that fire erupted at a mechanic shed and it spread all over the area swiftly. A large number of private buses were parked on the premises of the shed and seven of them caught fire and were completely destroyed while two others were partially damaged. Three fire engines rushed there and extinguished the blaze.
