Nellore, June 21 -- SEIL Energy India Limited, in association with the Snehavedika Ladies Club, organised a blood donation camp in Nellore district on Sunday and collected 85 units of blood for thalassemia patients and other medical needs.
The camp was held at the SEIL Township in Madaraju Gudur under T.P. Gudur mandal and witnessed participation from employees and family members.
According to organisers, 85 volunteers donated blood during the drive, with the collected units handed over to the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Nellore.
The initiative is expected to support thalassemia patients requiring regular blood transfusions and help maintain blood reserves for emergency medical requirements.
