Vijayawada, Oct. 13 -- Andhra Pradesh State Election Commissioner Anil Chandra Puneetha here on Tuesday held a meeting with the leaders of various political parties and discussed the ensuing local body elections and made it clear that the SES is ready to conduct at any time transparently.
"The State Election Commission is preparing to issue the first notification to conduct local body polls. The SEC will meet Governor S Abdul Nazeer today and explain to him the local body election procedure. The government of AP has finalized the BC reservations as per the verdict of high court and the Supreme Court. The SEC is ready to conduct the local body elections at any time," he made it clear.
