Visakhapatnam, Sept. 9 -- South Coast Railway (SCoR) General Manager Sandeep Mathur on Wednesday reviewed safety, freight loading, revenue generation and passenger amenities with Principal Heads of Departments (PHODs) and Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) of the zone's four divisions.
The meeting covered the Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur and Guntakal divisions, with emphasis on strengthening safety measures across railway operations.
Mathur reviewed track maintenance, signalling systems, preventive measures against operational hazards and adherence to safety protocols by field personnel, according to a railway release.
