Vijayawada, Aug. 26 -- The Andhra Pradesh government has allocated Rs 17.06 crore for the renovation of 24 ancient temples in Pithapuram Assembly constituency, represented by Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan.
A release here on Wednesday said the government has allocated Rs 17.06 crore for the renovation of 24 famous ancient temples located in the Pithapuram Assembly constituency, in Kakinda district, as a large number of devotees throng the temples every day. The renovation works are being carried out expeditiously.
