Vijayawada, July 12 -- Andhra Pradesh Sports Minister Mandalapalli Ramprasad Reddy here today congratulated the Indian women's compound archery team for winning the silver medal at the Archery World Cup Stage-4 in Madrid, Spain.
The Minister lauded Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Prithika Pradeep and Chikita Thaniparthi for their outstanding performance on the global stage, saying their achievement has raised India's sporting prestige. He described the team's semifinal victory over South Korea and progression to the final as a significant accomplishment.
