Tirupati, Aug. 28 -- A huge rally was taken out in this temple town on Friday to create awareness regarding the ill-effects of drugs.
The rally began at the Tarakarama Stadium and ended at the NTR statue. Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) Chairman A Ravi Naidu, District Collector S Venkateswar and District Superintendent of Police L Subba Rayudu flagged off the rally.
SAAP MD Bharani, Hockey player Rajani, additional SPs, a large number of players, school and college students took part in the rally holding placards displaying the message 'Drugs Voddu Keedalu Muddu' and drugs-free AP.
