AP: Health care is central to national progress: AP Governor

Vijayawada, June 2 -- Andhra Pradesh Governor and Chancellor of Dr NTR University of Health Sciences S Abdul Nazeer has said that health care has become central to national progress and the country aspires to ensure quality health care that is accessible, affordable, and equitably available to all.

The Governor presided over the 29th and 30th combined convocation of the University held at Tummalapalli Kshetraiah Kalakshethram here on Tuesday.

Delivering the Convocation Address, the Governor said that the Andhra Pradesh government is steadily advancing this vision through the expansion of medical education, health care infrastructure, and public health services.
