Kurnool, July 14 -- A head constable was killed in a hit and run accident at Bellary cross roads on the outskirts here on Tuesday.
Police said that the deceased constale Vara Prasad (43) was working with the second battalion of APSP. He parked his scooter on the roadside and went for a morning walk. An unknown vehicle hit him and fled the scene. He died instantaneously.
