Vijayawada, April 13 -- Advisor for Minority Affairs to the Government of Andhra Pradesh M A Shariff strongly rejected claims made by Sakshi newspaper and YSRCP leaders about appointments to the Haj Committee, calling them completely false and politically motivated.
Speaking at a media interaction at the TDP central office at Mangalagiri near here on Monday, Shariff said the TDP-led government has formed the Haj Committee with people who have genuine experience and respect for the pilgrimage.
