Kakinada, Oct. 22 -- Former Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister and senior Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu was hospitalised at a private hospital here on Thursday after complaining of acute chest pain.
Attending cardiologists conducted an emergency angiogram, identified an arterial blockage, and successfully placed a stent to clear the obstruction.
The 74-year-old veteran leader has been placed under observation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where medical staff reported his vitals to be stable.
