Polavaram, July 27 -- A tribal class X girl student allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at Erlapalli village in Rampachodavaram mandal of the district today.
Police said that the deceased, identified as Murram Shivani (14), was studying in class X at the government high school at Rampachodavaram. She was found hanging from the ceiling fan. The police found a suicide note in the room.
The police have registered a case and shifted the body to the GGH for postmortem.
