Anantapur, June 18 -- A bear was electrocuted when it came into contact with an electric transformer at RB Lanka village in Rayadurgam mandal of the district.
Deputy forest ranger Damodhar Reddy said that the male bear strayed into the village searching for food.
Veterinary doctor Suryanarayana Reddy conducted a postmortem on the bear.
