Vijayawada, Aug. 15 -- The Andhra Pradesh government is facilitating an international professional development programme for 29 State Best Teacher Awardees from government schools, who are going to Finland on Saturday to gain first-hand exposure to globally recognised educational practices and innovative teaching methodologies.
The programme is being conducted in collaboration with the University of Turku, Finland. As part of the eight-day onsite programme from August 17 to 26, the teachers will visit Turku and Rauma and participate in classroom observations, educational site visits and interactions with educators at Early Childhood Education Centres and Teacher Training Schools, an official release stated.
