Chittoor, May 27 -- The police seized 12 KGs of ganja and arrested two drug peddlers at OG Kuppam village in Nagari rural mandal on Wednesday.
Inspector Mallikharjun told the media that a police team conducted checking of vehicles on the outskirts of Nagari. When the police tried to stop a motorcycle, the two riders started fleeing.
The police chased and apprehended them. The police seized 12 KGs of ganja from them. They were transporting the ganja from Renigunta in Tirupati district to Nagari town.
