New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- Antim Panghal returns to the 2026 Asian Games with more experience, a clearer understanding of the demands of elite wrestling and bigger ambitions than when she competed in Hangzhou in 2022.

The 21-year-old has since added significant experience to her resume and is now preparing for another major test as part of India's six-member women's wrestling team. With the squad training together, Antim believes the competitive environment in camp is helping the wrestlers raise their standards.
