Siliguri, April 19 -- BJP National President Nitin Nabin on Sunday asserted that the "mood on the ground" in West Bengal is decisively against the Trinamul Congress, claiming that people are seeking a shift from what he described as a "corrupt, anti-women and anti-development government."Nabin made the remarks after attending a roadshow and public meetings in Balurghat in South Dinajpur and Ratua in North Malda.
