Kakinada, June 18 -- Kakinada Municipal Commissioner NVV Satyanarayana today said the functioning of Anna Canteens in the city would be kept under special daily supervision to enhance service quality and ensure public satisfaction.
As part of his morning field inspection, the Commissioner paid a surprise visit to the Anna Canteen at Santha Cheruvu and reviewed sanitation, food quality, hygiene standards and other facilities.
He also interacted with beneficiaries having breakfast at the canteen and sought feedback on the quality of food, amenities available and the behaviour of canteen staff.
