Bhubaneswar, Sept. 7 -- The Odisha Government is building an urban innovation ecosystem through the Atal Network for Knowledge, Urbanisation and Reform (ANKUR), enabling Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to connect identified city-level challenges with specialised expertise, innovative technologies and practical solutions for better citizen services.
Launched on May 28, 2025, and inspired by the vision of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee, ANKUR serves as a collaborative platform connecting ULBs with knowledge institutions, experts, development organisations and innovation partners to address emerging urban challenges.
