Visakhapatnam, March 25 -- Andhra Pradesh Governor Abdul Nazeer on Wednesday said Andhra University is considered a beacon of higher learning, a treasure trove of knowledge, and has rightfully earned its place as one of India's oldest and most distinguished Universities.
