Aichi-Nagoya, Sept. 23 -- Anantjeet Singh Naruka, Mairaj Ahmad Khan and Bhavtegh Singh Gill held their nerve in a tense shoot-off against Kazakhstan to clinch the bronze medal in the men's skeet team event at the Asian Games here on Wednesday.
The Indian trio finished the qualification round with a combined score of 346, tying with Kazakhstan before prevailing in the shoot-off to secure third place.
Anantjeet was the standout performer for India, hitting 119 of 125 targets to qualify for the individual final. Veteran Olympian Mairaj contributed 116, while Bhavtegh returned a score of 111.
