Chandigarh, Feb. 24 -- In a tragic aviation accident that has sent shockwaves across Punjab and Jharkhand, a co-pilot hailing from Amritsar was among seven individuals who lost their lives when an air ambulance crashed in Jharkhand's Chatra district on Monday evening.

The aircraft was reportedly transporting a critically ill patient, identified as Sanjay, from Jharkhand to Delhi for specialized medical treatment when the fatal incident occurred mid-journey.
