Chandigarh, March 16 -- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann launched a blistering attack on union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday, accusing the Central government of providing "VIP facilities" to incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Gujarat's Sabarmati Jail.
