Patna, June 1 -- Amazon India on Monday announced the impact of its expanded operations network in Bihar following the launch of its first fulfillment center (FC) in July 2024.
According to a release, the fulfillment center, located in Simli Murarpur near Patna, offers a storage capacity of 2.2 lakh cubic feet. Since becoming operational, the facility has enhanced Amazon's ability to serve customers across Bihar more efficiently.
With the addition of the fulfillment center, Amazon's operations network in Bihar now comprises one fulfillment center, three sort centers, and more than 100 last-mile delivery stations spread across key cities, including Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, and Purnia.
