Prayagraj, July 17 -- Former BSP MLC from Saharanpur, Haji Iqbal alias Bala, got a major setback from the Allahabad High Court.
The court refused to grant relief in the FIR lodged at Noida's Ecotech-3 police station.

The order was passed by a division bench of Justices Chandradhari Singh and Laxmi Kant Shukla here on Friday.
The FIR was filed in connection with a Rs 6.33 crore rupee real estate fraud case.
The High Court also transferred the ongoing fraud investigation in this case from the UP Special Task Force (STF) to the SFIO.
