Prayagraj, Aug. 1 -- The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to alleged Khalistan Commando Force (KCF) operative Sukhwinder Singh Dhillon in a 1993 Arms Act case registered in Noida, observing that there was no prima facie evidence to suggest he had deliberately absconded or misused the liberty granted to him earlier.

A single bench of Justice Krishna Pahal passed the order on Friday after examining the case record.

Dhillon, a resident of Kapurthala in Punjab, was arrested on February 18, 2026, by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and Noida Police in Punjab, more than 31 years after the case was registered.
