Prayagraj, June 13 -- : In a major relief to the owner of a property in the Dalmandi area of Varanasi, the Allahabad High Court has granted significant relief to the affected party in the case of the proposed demolition of a building under the Dalmandi Road Widening Scheme in Varanasi.
The court has ordered that the status quo of the property in question be maintained.
The court clarified that no demolition action will be taken against the disputed building until the next hearing.
