Prayagraj, April 8 -- The Allahabad High Court has granted interim relief to the suspended Jail Superintendent of Banda Jail Anil Kumar Gautam and Jailer Vikram Singh Yadav in connection with the case involving the release of Noida scrap mafia Ravi Kana, alias Ravi Nagar, from jail.
The High Court has stayed the arrest of both officials.
The order was passed by a division bench comprising Justice Rajiv Mishra and Justice Satya Vir Singh on Tuesday.
The court granted an interim stay on the arrest of the petitioners, Jail Superintendent Anil Kumar Gautam and Jailer Vikram Singh Yadav, until further orders.
