Prayagraj, Oct. 28 -- In an unprecedented judgement, the Allahabad High Court has cracked down on illegal construction in Ghaziabad's Gulmohar Greens Society.
A division bench of the court ordered the complete demolition of two towers of the society and the demolition of 2 floors of four towers.
The bench of Justice Saral Srivastava and Justice Sudhanshu Chauhan issued the order on Wednesday.
The court ordered the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to completely demolish the society's illegal towers, No. 27 and 28.
Besides, the 9th and 10th floors, illegally constructed on top of towers No. 16, 17, 18, and 19, will be demolished within two months, the court ordered.
