Prayagraj, July 17 -- A petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court alleging that the recently conducted Assistant Teacher (TGT) English examination contained out-of-syllabus and incorrect questions.
The case was heard by a single bench of Justice Siddharth Nandan.
The Uttar Pradesh Education Services Selection Commission ( UPESSC) lawyer informed the High Court, that the expert committee has indeed deemed 29 of the 37 questions to be out-of-syllabus.
However, the expert committee has disagreed with the four questions that the petitioners had declared incorrect.
The Commission's lawyer has assured to place the expert committee's detailed report on record within the next 24 hours.
