Shimla, Aug. 26 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday said the recruitment of all teachers for government-run CBSE schools in the state would be completed by September 30, with appointments being made on merit. Intervening during Question Hour in the Assembly while responding to a joint question raised by BJP MLAs Sudhir Sharma, Randhir Sharma, Dr Janak Raj, Vipin Singh Parmar and Rakesh Jamwal, the Chief Minister said teachers were being selected on the basis of merit and would be paid salaries for 10 months.
He said computer laboratories would be established in all 147 government CBSE schools opened so far during the current year.
