Lucknow, March 7 -- Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday criticized both the central and state BJP governments over rising inflation and LPG cylinder prices.
Speaking to reporters at the SP office here , Yadav said that inflation is steadily increasing and that the government is burdening citizens by imposing heavy taxes.
He noted that the price of LPG cylinders has risen by around Rs 60, adding, "The government claims prices will reduce later, but once something becomes expensive, it rarely becomes cheaper."He further alleged that areas governed by the BJP face widespread difficulties, citing vehicle prices as an example, which he said are inflated due to taxes sometim...
