Chennai, Sept. 9 -- Ajeetesh Sandhu fired a six-under 66 to open a two-shot lead after the second round of the Rs one crore Chennai Open PGTI Tour Golf event here on Wednesday.
The 37-year-old from Chandigarh (65-66), who began the day sharing the lead, fired eight birdies against two bogeys to reach 13-under 131 at the halfway stage.
Sandhu, a five-time winner on the DP World PGTI and a former Asian Tour champion, moved two strokes clear of overnight co-leader Stepan Danek.
