Agartala, Aug. 16 -- Air India authorities have been accused of inappropriate behaviour with an autistic passenger at Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) Airport in Agartala, which has caused serious concern and garnered strong reactions on social media.
According to a family member who shared the incident, the passenger, identified as Abir (30), has autism, resulting in his voice becoming relatively heavy and sometimes making involuntary sounds.
Allegations have been made that Air India staff approached the family at the airport and cautioned them that if the passenger's sounds caused objection from the captain, they might be asked to leave the aircraft. This led to a heated confrontation between the family and Air India personnel at MBB Airport....
