Srinagar, May 3 -- The Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) on Sunday said it will approach the Delhi High Court on Monday seeking permission for Baramulla Member of Parliament Abdul Rashid Sheikh, popularly known as Engineer Rashid, to travel to Delhi and stay with his critically ill father, who has been shifted to AIIMS for advanced treatment.
Engineer Rashid, who is out a one week interim bail met his critically ill father in a Srinagar hospital on April 30. MP's ailing father was shifted to AIIMS Delhi for advanced medical care this afternoon.
