Patna, May 21 -- In a significant step towards strengthening HIV/AIDS care and expanding access to life saving treatment services in Bihar, All India Institute of Medical Sciences Patna on Thursday inaugurated its newly established Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) Centre.
Addressing the gathering, Project Director, BSACS Sumit Kumar said here that with the inauguration of the ART Centre at AIIMS Patna, Bihar now has a total of 35 ART Centres, marking another important milestone in the state's fight against HIV/AIDS and in ensuring equitable healthcare access form people living with HIV.
