Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- Artificial Intelligence (AI) will transform the nature of work by converting many existing jobs into tasks while creating new employment opportunities, Phenom CEO and Co-Founder Mahe Bayireddi said on Wednesday.
Addressing a press conference in Hyderabad, Bayireddi said Phenom was founded with the mission of helping a billion people find the right work and uses AI-driven talent solutions to improve hiring, onboarding and employee retention. The company's platform receives more than 50 million jobs and serves over a billion users annually.
